Vendors

The 4th annual Tell-Tale Steampunk Festival is currently in the works in a NEW LOCATION at Wyndham Garden York.  We are changing location this year, so please read carefully. 

New this year!  Everyone has Friday load-in! (Times will be posted at least a month in advance)

Please make sure that your responses are reasonably detailed and that your contact information is the one you are most likely to see and respond to. This allows us to handle questions in a timely manner. 

Vendor hours:
Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We work very hard to make Telltale a balanced show to benefit our guests and vendors alike. Please keep in mind that the following categories are very competitive:  Leather, women’s clothing, miscellaneous type booths, and jewelry.
 
Please ensure your responses are reasonably detailed and that you provide the contact information you check most frequently. This will help us address any questions promptly.
  • Vendor Hall Spaces, 10′ x 10′:
  • $250
  • Saturday Lunch (more details to follow)
  • 2 weekend passes per space
  • Discounted weekend passes for other helpers
  • Group Facebook announcements
  • Listing on the Telltale Steampunk Festival website.
 
Sponsorship, $35 (same for both author tables and vendor hall spaces)

Note electric hookup is provided by the hotel for an extra fee. (This is unfortunately not negotiable).  

What can we offer?

  • A carefully chosen, limited number of booth types to help ensure that there is a reasonable ratio of humans to vendors.
  • Floor plan and schedule of events is planned to be given to vendors approximately 3 weeks out from the event.
  • Vendors will have access to the show runners and the on-site Vendor Coordinator both before and during the event. Contact information will be shared with all approved vendors.
  • Marketing tools for your use to market your booth on your business sites (links to event website, FB, etc.)
