Attend the annual Tell-Tale Steampunk Festival, located in North Baltimore County/Owings Mills/Pikesville area about 20 minutes north of Baltimore City. Best described as an alternative history of the Victorian era with emphasis on creativity, you’ll find authors, workshops, and panel discussions in a family friendly atmosphere. Try Tea Dueling, enter costume/regalia competitions, bid in the silent auction and enjoy evening musical entertainment. A roomful of vendors will tempt you with artisan wares from some of the best in the mid-Atlantic area.

The game is afoot...

This year’s theme is based off of the writings of Sir Author Conan Doyle. Best known for his fictional character, Sherlock Holmes. Doyle was a prolific writer; other than Holmes stories, his works include fantasy and science fiction stories about Professor Challenger, and humorous stories about the Napoleonic soldier Brigadier Gerard, as well as plays, romances, poetry, non-fiction, and historical novels.
