Setup times:

• Sponsor Only set up is Friday, 5p – 9p

• Saturday (everyone else) set up is from 7 am – 10 am. 

• Setup of your booth should be completed by 10:30a

• Anyone who tries to enter after 10 am will be turned away with no refund.

• Donna and Kolleen will be onsite and all spaces will be marked appropriately.

• Please be patient, there is one flow of traffic so working together and planning for an earlier arrival will be helpful.

Breakdown:

• Please do not leave the event prior to 5 pm for patron and vendor safety reasons. The event runs from 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday, (4/21) and we will have activities that entire time. 

Vending Hall Hours:
Saturday 4/20/24: 11 am – 7 pm
Sunday 4/21/24: 11 am – 5 pm

Hallway Hours:
Saturday 4/20/24: 11 am – 7 pm or after (show is open til 11 pm)
Sunday 4/21/23: 11 am – 5 pm

Parking:
Parking is free, there is plenty of it.
