Vendor Load-In Information

Set Up Information:

Saturday set up is from 7 am – 10 am.
Setup of your booth should be completed by 10:30a
Anyone who tries to enter after 10 am will be turned away with no refund.
Donna and Kolleen will be onsite and all spaces will be marked appropriately.
Please be patient, there is one flow of traffic so working together and planning for an earlier arrival will be helpful. 7

Tear Down Information:

Please do not leave the event prior to 5 pm for patron and vendor safety reasons. The event runs from 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday, April 2nd and we will have activities that entire time.

Please note the festival is being held is on the main floor, no elevators needed this year!

There is plenty of free parking near the main entrance of the building or oversized vehichles. We respectfully ask that you park in the furthest lot to leave room for patrons.
